DPP Day Eight ~ A Light In The Darkness

 We have had a tricky 24 hours with a GI flare up for Pip, largely I suspect down to regular milk in a take out latte. 

 We cut out dairy over three weeks ago to deal with another issue and now it looks like it is actually trigger towards the abdominal issues.  Over the past few weeks I have felt like I'm shooting in the dark as I support her through these very challenging days but when I look back I can see that we are slowly make some in roads and Please God it will turn out good.
