Cat Cuddles
On Friday afternoon, I nodded off and when I awoke, look who I found! It had been a long week and that sleep was much appreciated :-)
Saturday Date
At eight o'clock on Saturday morning we were at the hair salon and Pip was treated to the works. This was followed by the promise of a cooked breakfast and a browse around the charity shops. Pip found a magazine on trains for her dad and one on model building for Ben.
Sunday Snapshot
We visited long standing friends for the afternoon and shared a lovely tea together.
Monday Mania
The image on the left formed part of the DPP during its second year and fast forward eight years and this gal still loves "helping" with the vacuuming! She has however progressed to vacuum cleaner rock star status!! As ever she keeps us on our toes, God Bless her :-)
Well that is me caught up! Hoping to catch up with some long overdue reading of blog friend posts but as usual it is late again. No matter how hard I try, December derails me every time, ah well.

Yes she was a darling but incredibly adventurous even way back then! Her climbing skills were pretty epic 😜

I am so busy right now, I have hardly time to look at blogs. First I thought the baby picture of Pip was Mary-Grace! Nice haircut! Veronika still needs a haircut before we leave. I think Charlotte wanted one too. Our new cat Kai takes naps with the girls. He prefers to lie on their tummies! I take 12-minute power naps right after lunch. That is when I get really tired.

December is always a difficult one for me too, but you have Pip's birthday coming up, along with all the Christmas preparations! I hope you are sorting it all through alright, and can still find a quiet moment or two. The kitty is so sweet and Pip is such a grown young person now. Her little self was so cute. I was away visiting my Mom for Santa Lucia day and never did get to make Lussekatts, which I love to eat. I don't think I will anymore as I've started with the Christmas chocolates and cookies! Morgana has asked for gingerbread cookies, so I guess I'll do those next. Take good care, San, I like thinking of you puttering around your new home :) xoxoxo
