Saying Hello :-)

Some folks might have thought that I had fallen off the face of the earth but in truth life stuff got in the way and as in all things health, family and work come first.  We have celebrated a wedding anniversary, Dave's 50th, a new home school club for Pip, known as "Little Flowers" and I am part of a group of ladies taking part in a knitting design boot camp.  Add to this the daily round of chores, home school, after school clubs and twice weekly swimming for me and it is no wonder I have been missing from this tiny part of cyber space :-)

First fire of the season on our wedding anniversary.

Pip's sunflower cake made at Little Flowers on Monday.

Pip's decorated faith sheet and her memory verse at the bottom which she needs to learn before the next meeting in a fortnight.  We have a lovely CD with all the memory verses in musical format.  That verse is quite pertinent for us right now as a family, so I have adopted it as my own :-)

 Birthday boy, always smiling

Hopefully I won't leave it so late before popping by again and thanks Ellie, for your prayers and concern xx

Oh San, I'm glad to see a post :-) I've heard of Little Flowers! And have always thought it sounds like a lovely club to be a part of, Pip is lucky to have it!

San,

Happy anniversary and Happy Birthday to Dave! Lots to celebrate! It's so lovely to hear some of your news. Much love to you! xx

Happy birthday Dave! My girls were listening to that CD today. It was recorded by members from our Catholic homeschool group. So it is a "local" CD. Unfortunately, we do not have a group close by. Miriam would love to join one, but the next is over an hour away and meets at night. Not ideal for us.

Happy Anniversary again and Happy Birthday to Dave! I haven't checked in for awhile either, and it feels good to read about your days and see what Eva's up to. It sounds like you have taken Pip out of the public school now? The Little Flowers group sounds just wonderful. You are so busy San, and such a good Mum and it sounds like you are in a good rhythm right now. I hope you are feeling well and I think it's very good that you are swimming :) We send all of you a big hug and lots of love xoxoxo, Dorina

Hi Dorina,

Thanks for stopping by! Pip still is in school Tuesday to Thursday. We had considered pulling her out at the end of last week since we are currently on a half term break but she really likes her teacher and enjoys being with her friends. The little flowers group is a much welcomed break in her school days.

Thanks for the love and hugs

San and co xx
