DPP * Day Twenty - Four ~ Christmas Baking

Today has been a kitchen day; mince pies, lebkuchen, and sausage rolls:

Chocolate coated lebkuchen with white chocolate stars.  The chocolate contained a hint of ginger.

 

 

 

Melt in the mouth mince pies.  I've finally found a gluten free pastry recipe that does not result in rock hard pastry!

 

 

 

Sausage rolls stuffed with apple and onion chutney and topped with cheese.
